The cottage and your hosts
Pembroke Cottage is a picturesque two-story cottage that sleeps up to eight guests, rented as a whole-house bed and breakfast to one party at a time. It sits on what we think is the best street in Historic Guthrie: quiet and secluded, with a wooded area across the street, yet six blocks from downtown and one mile from I-35 [OWNER: confirm one mile]. We live next door.

Room to spread out
There's a large living area, a fully furnished kitchen and a great breakfast room, so a family or a group of friends can cook, eat and relax together. The cottage has central heating and air conditioning throughout.
Out back, a large covered patio has two sets of tables and chairs and a hot tub [OWNER: is the gas grill on the patio available to guests?].
